vw-tdi-diesel VW Of America has launched TDI Truth And Dare, what it calls “an unedited consumer blog forum” that boasts lots of great content and interactive features.

The site is designed to debunk diesel myths and raise the fuel miser’s profile — and sales, of course — in the USA.

Highlights include Diesel Finder, Savings Calculator, plus Tank Wars — the latter challenging TDI diesel drivers to beat the Guinness world record of 58 miles per gallon set by John and Helen Taylor in September 2008. Tank Wars has a live leaderboard to keep track and show rankings.
